If you are experiencing any issues relating to NWEA or MAP Accelerator including but not limited to:

  • Account passwords
  • Student accounts
  • Testing sessions

Please note that any roster issues may take up to 24 hours to take effect as NWEA is rostering is pulled from Skyward.
