Who can request this service?
Chromebook service or repair can be requested by any faculty or staff member on behalf of a student or by the student directly.
Why request this service?
Request a repair if the student Chromebook is broken or otherwise not working correctly. This can include cracked displays, keyboard issues, or any other problems you might encounter.
Please note that depending on the damage, there may be a cost associated with the repair, in which case an invoice will be sent home.
